Provider Requirements for Life Skills Services

To join our team as a Life Skills Service Provider, candidates must meet one of the following qualifications:

Experience-Based Qualification

A résumé showing at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
(Please highlight relevant experience clearly.)

Education-Based Qualification

Transcript or proof of education in one of the following fields: Psychology • Sociology • Social Work • Education • Child Development • Gerontology • Nursing • Other related fields

Certified Life Skills Coach

Current certification as a Life Skills Coach.

Intern Qualification

Currently enrolled in, and supervised by, an accredited higher education institution.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Successful background check and compliance with licensing/certification requirements
